All Gulf FX clients are requested to call the trading desk only under conditions listed below:

  • Very poor or lack of Immediate access to the Internet
  • Trader fails to receive feedback on an order he or she places online
  • Poor Internet or failure to connect to the Gulf FX server

In order to make sure all orders are placed in an appropriate way, we encourage all clients who at contact our trading desk one point or another to go by our phone trading etiquette. My trade was incorrectly executed, what do I do?

In case you are convicted that a trade was never correctly executed, kindly contact the Sales and Client Services Support Desk as soon as possible. The Trading Desk cannot help out with such an issue.

NOTE: Always ensure you have at hand all details connected to the trade, these may include; the exact or approximate time of the trade, nature of the issue and the ticket number. This will allow for auditing of the trade, and, if need be, a correction made in an appropriate manner.

Gulf FX exploits ultramodern encryption, verification procedures, and the best firewall security to ensure every business transactions and client files are fully authenticated and safeguarded. Moreover, Gulf FX uses backup systems and emergency plans to reduce to a minimum the risk of technical hitches.
